Single Piece EVA Laminating machine

Specifications:

Special features of Single Piece laminating machine:

** With 1 temperature control meter, can be set at 8 steps for heating process

** While one layer is working, the other layer can be cooled and loaded so the machine can constantly work

* Power for each layer: 9KW

* Siemens PLC touch screen control for machinery operation along with infared heating elements

* EVA film, silk film, cloth, rice paper can be used with this machine

*Will laminate float glass, tempered glass, DuPont Sentry glass

* Thickness range standard machine is 40mm with custom machine up to 100mm

* Both flat and curved laminated glass may be produced

* Large area infared heating elements heating only the upper side of the glass provide uniform heating required by EVA films. 4 temperature controlled steps are in place for proper heat preservation process

* Standard machine max glass size: 3660 x 2500mm, larger machines are available

* Power requirements: 220V or 480V 3phase 50hz

* Glass sheet combining room with temperature and humidity control is NOT required with the EVA laminating film as it is not effected by heat or humidity

* Time needed per lot: 1/2 to 2 hours depending on amount and size of lites in batch

* Light and alarm will sound and the machine will stop automatically when lot is finished

* Each layer is loaded and unloaded manually..electric motors available for shelves at additional cost

*All machines carry a CE rating

SCOPE OF SUPPLY

1. Main machine
2. Vacuum pumps (quantity depending on the layers of the machine)
3. 2 silicon pads per layer
4. 2 pcs. temperature sensors
5. 2 pcs. heating plates (1000 x 300 x 8mm) per layer
6. 1 pc. work piece elevator glass, pass in or out manually
7. 1 pc. work piece layer support frame for each layer for cooling glass
